Maitland State Room Overview

The Maitland State Room located on the top floor of the hotel is part of Sir Thomas Maitland’s original mansion built in 1806. This elegant room is designed in colonial style with high ceilings and wooden flooring. It houses portraits of former Governors of Ceylon, a painting of Lovina and a grand chandelier in the centre of the room.

The room is ideal for engagement parties, private meetings and small celebrations.
