• Six month full-time Practical/Industrial Training at the prestigious Mount Lavinia Hotel
• Competency levels of each student will be checked at the end of every month by our competent panel of Senior Chefs
• Students will be paid a monthly salary
• Level 4 certificate will be issued after successful completion of the course

Foundation Course

Dive into Hotel Operations with a six-month theory component and six months of practical training. This paves the way for further education.

Diploma in Hotel Operations

This two-year program is your gateway to a rewarding hospitality career. Benefit from 1,700 hours of theory and 1,500 hours of practical training at the Mount Lavinia Hotel.

Our foundation course is a one year (2 semester) course which is a stepping stone for the Diploma in hotel operations, to educate the student with the maturity of A/Levels within one academic year.
